About The Position

We are hiring for full time or part time shifts starting at 2am, 4am, 6am, 8am and throughout the day. No shift works later than 6pm MST. We are open M-F. This is an entry level position (no experience needed) that plays an essential role in developing and growing SecurityMetrics' customer base. Account development representatives have a big impact on SecurityMetrics' long-term success. Foundational sales skills learned in this position will translate into sales or other growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Confident individuals who have a desire to connect with new people
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• 1+ years of sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and emails
• Generate and qualify sales opportunities for Account Managers
• Achieve monthly target of qualified sales opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales Team to increase efficiency of generated sales opportunities
• Maintain and develop a pipeline in SecurityMetrics' CRM
