About The Position

Join an exciting new delivery initiative launching in the Chicago, IL area. As an Account Development Executive, you’ll be the face of this program—building partnerships with local businesses, presenting a new delivery model, and helping companies join a Hub Delivery Partner Program. Requirements

2+ years of sales or customer service experience
Strong communication, customer service, and relationship‑building skills
Ability to travel up to 4 hours round‑trip daily
High professionalism, strong urgency, and a team‑first mindset
Tech‑savvy; comfortable working with multiple systems
Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities

Nice To Haves

Field sales or door‑to‑door experience is a plus
Negotiation or consultative sales experience preferred
Local candidates strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Visit prospective local businesses door‑to‑door within a 90‑minute radius
Present and pitch the Hub Delivery Partner Program
Qualify businesses and assist them through the application/vetting process
Track all leads and manage your pipeline in Salesforce
Support the Field Manager in organizing community recruitment events (lunch & learns, town halls, coffee chats)
Build relationships with local chambers of commerce, community influencers, and economic development groups
Import and manage weekly Excel reports within Salesforce
Collaborate with a team of Field Managers and local contractors to drive program success
