Field Sales Representative

About The Position

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new delivery program in the area. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting local businesses to join this new delivery partner program. You will collaborate with a Field Manager and other local contractors to visit prospective businesses, pitch the program, qualify them, and guide them through the application process. You will also drive referrals through community organizations and coordinate recruitment events. This role involves travel up to a two-hour driving distance and offers a commission structure based on partner conversion.

1-2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service
Experience in outside/field sales
CRM experience required
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Professionalism and enthusiasm to work with others

Tech-savvy with experience in multiple systems and technology
Ability to travel up to four hours round trip daily

Field sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted towns within a two-hour driving distance.
Present and pitch the program opportunity to prospective businesses to generate interest.
Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process, managing the pipeline in Salesforce.
Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings.
Work with local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis.
