The Account Developer role is essential for managing customer relationships and driving sales for CCCI. This position focuses on selling new products, executing promotions, and ensuring accurate product orders to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to the company's revenue and gross margin. The Account Developer is responsible for daily sales activities, customer communication, and adherence to commercial plans.

  • Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily, pre-set routes.
  • Generates sales orders based on the assigned delivery frequency for each customer.
  • Executes applicable promotions and new products based on target lists.
  • Implements monthly Look of Success (LOS) initiatives and marketing promotions.
  • Maximizes operational efficiencies by writing productive orders that meet drop size goals.
  • Demonstrates effective selling acumen to sell-in contractual agreements and promotions.
  • Communicates effectively with customers and internal teams to maximize effectiveness.
  • Identifies and communicates competitive issues or market activities that could impact the business.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High initiative and willingness to learn.
  • Career mindedness and a highly competitive nature.
  • Strong foundation in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Any type of associates or bachelor's degree.
