The Account Coordinator role is a vital position within the Client Success team, located in Fort Worth, Texas. This position requires a highly qualified and motivated individual who possesses strong client interaction, organization, communication, sales, and analytical skills. The Account Coordinator will assist Account Managers in building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional campaign management, optimization, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves managing the daily execution of campaigns and client-related deliverables, analyzing performance data, and providing strategic recommendations to meet client goals. In this role, you will be responsible for suggesting and implementing optimization techniques for active campaigns, facilitating and coordinating campaign execution across various teams, and understanding clients' business needs to provide them with the necessary tools and assets to achieve their goals. The position also requires maintaining a high level of knowledge regarding current practices and strategies in online media management. Additionally, the Account Coordinator will need to be available for on-call duty during 1-2 weekends per quarter to respond to client emergencies, including holidays.
