  • Ensuring CRM system, customer accounts and order notes are all up to date.
  • Process sales order requests, credits and freight claims.
  • Assist internal sales representatives with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
  • Provide customers with reporting needed and updates to their orders.
  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management or Sales Support roles.
  • Experience with ERP and/or CRM systems such as Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft.
  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems would be a plus.
