About The Position

The Account Coordinator will be an essential part of the Condé Nast Advertising Sales team. This role is primarily responsible for coordinating and managing our internal process to get the deal across the line - working with cross-functional partners and managing systems to accelerate the sales process and improve our speed-to-market. The role reports into Sales and will partner with Marketing, Operations, and additional cross-functional teams to ensure all steps of the sales process are completed in a timely manner. The role must understand the intricacies of our sales process, be able to identify when problems arise, and communicate critical updates to cross-functional teams. Digital media, sales, and/or marketing experience is a plus to help navigate the complex landscape of the campaigns that Condé Nast delivers.
