The Account Coordinator (AC) is a retail focused individual who partners with their leader to drive sales revenue in a multi-door, territory. This role is responsible for building strong retailer relationships, training and coaching in-store associates, modeling successful side-by- side selling in stores, planning and executing in-store events, maintaining and upholding merchandising standards, plus leading promotional activities and product launch initiatives to reach sales targets at Sephora.
