About The Position

INNOCEAN USA, is a full-service advertising agency in sunny Huntington Beach, CA and we are looking for an Account Coordinator for our growing team. We are a hybrid workplace, x3 days week in-office. Candidates must be local to SoCal. The Account Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management of client’s automotive website updates and ensures that the agency delivers quality work on time and within budget. This role requires experience in a professional work environment. The successful candidate should possess good communications skills including, but not limited to, conducting presentations, trouble-shooting problems and thinking on their feet.

Requirements

  • 6 months – 1 year work experience or internship in a Marketing or Ad agency environment.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Ability to assess a situation and make sound judgment calls / recommendations
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, external partners, and internal teams
  • Knowledgeable in MS software, Word, Power Point, and Excel

Responsibilities

  • Takes notes, sends recaps, tracks actions
  • Requests job numbers, as needed
  • Routes estimates through Adobe Sign
  • Assists with meeting coordination, A/V, leave-behinds, deck prep, lunch, etc
  • Expense reports
  • Maintains distribution lists
