An integral part of the Coupons Sales team, the Account Coordinator will focus on coordinating campaign execution, and onboarding new business to the platform. You’ll spend your time on the following: Confirming and documenting promotional details for scheduled placements by engaging with networks and brand contacts. Verifying promotion and deal updates with the Content and Merchandising teams. Provide screenshots of placements upon request. Collect details and launch campaigns in collaboration with Groupon’s Social team for Facebook and Instagram. Be the front line of communication to our affiliate partners and take the lead on coordinating operational details behind campaign launch. Complete daily site audits to ensure branding guidelines and paid placements are live and fully optimized. Troubleshoot and provide recommendations on campaign performance to enhance the customer experience and improve ROI. Leverage vertical specific data to maneuver between affiliate network dashboards and target new advertiser programs in collaboration with the content management team. Partner with key internal stakeholders including operations, merchandising, accounts payable, content, and others as needed. Develop and share insights with internal Groupon teams that will help drive enhanced merchant and customer experiences. Implementing new efficiencies as necessary to support a growing organization.
