As an Account Coordinator II, you'll support our sales and customer service teams by handling orders, ensuring accuracy, and keeping communication flowing smoothly between departments. Requirements

  • Strong understanding of order processing, invoicing, and fulfillment workflows.
  • Experience in managing customer accounts and credit limits.
  • Knowledge of product forecasting.
  • Expertise in complex ordering procedures and ERP systems.
  • Ability to interpret customer schedules and sign-off documentation.
  • Proven organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

  • Bachelor's Degree + 1-3 years of experience in sales or 8+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support sales and customer service teams by handling orders and ensuring accuracy.
  • Maintain smooth communication between departments.
  • Run customer accounts, credit limits, and aged receivables.
  • Communicate product forecasts to purchasing/production teams.
  • Coordinate freight and logistics with carriers and internal teams.
  • Ensure timely product movement and accurate recordkeeping.
  • Prepare quotes, purchase orders, and customer reports.
  • Train, mentor, and support junior team members.
  • Handle customer issues professionally and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
