Requirements

  • Strong understanding of order processing, invoicing, and fulfillment workflows.
  • Experience in managing customer accounts and credit limits.
  • Knowledge of product forecasting.
  • Expertise in complex ordering procedures and ERP systems.
  • Ability to interpret customer schedules and sign-off documentation.
  • Familiarity with inventory coordination.
  • Proven organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to train and mentor junior team members.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to exceptional service.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree + 1-3 years of experience in sales.
  • 8+ years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Support sales and customer service teams by handling orders and ensuring accuracy.
  • Maintain smooth communication between departments.
  • Run customer accounts, manage credit limits, and handle aged receivables.
  • Communicate product forecasts to purchasing/production teams.
  • Coordinate freight and logistics with carriers and internal teams.
  • Ensure timely product movement and accurate recordkeeping.
  • Prepare quotes, purchase orders, and customer reports.
  • Train, mentor, and support junior team members.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving and follow-up skills to handle customer issues professionally.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
