About The Position

Account Coordinators continuously enhance the customer delivery experience by interacting directly with our National Accounts. Our training, systems, and SOPs will allow you to proactively monitor the statuses of our accounts on an order-by-order basis. This position is responsible for the satisfaction and performance of Final Mile’s largest accounts. This is a customer facing role so you will be interacting directly with Fortune 500 companies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or 1-3 years related industry experience
Ability to create reports, business correspondence, and procedures to effectively communicate and present information
Ability to problem solve and deal with an array of variables in a time-sensitive environment
High level written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently, multi-task, and be a strong self-starter.
Excellent teamwork skills
Intermediate computer skills: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access

Responsibilities

Utilize reporting and systems to understand the current status of our National Accounts
Handle timely resolution of client requests and work to provide continuous improvement on Final Mile service performance
Act as subject matter experts on client specific operations procedures and Practices
Act as the key interface between Final Mile operations and clients through relationship management
Work on operational processes to ensure SLAs and key metrics are achieved
Provide quality internal and external communication both written and orally regarding client expectations, requests, and delivery procedures
Help manage the day-to-day communications of Final Mile’s National Accounts
Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
