About The Position

AssuredPartners in St. Louis, MO is hiring! This role acts as administrative support for our Personal Lines department and requires someone who is comfortable with computers, data entry, and excels at both verbal and written communication. This role also compiles, updates, and maintains files within our management system. This is a hybrid role! Monday & Friday are work from home days. Our beautiful office in Creve Coeur even includes a free gym and personal trainer sessions! Requirements

  • Desire to learn & grow with us.
  • Strong organization and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Efficient prioritization and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated customer service focus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar systems, including spreadsheets, email, word processing, and presentation software.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with change requests, follow up with carriers as needed, review endorsements for accuracy, and enter client information into system applications and rate lines of coverage as needed.
  • Provide administrative support in the form of front desk coverage and other duties.
  • Enter accurate client information into agency management system and exports data as needed.
  • Partner to create, maintain, and issue evidence of property insurance, auto and boat identification cards.
  • Process final cancellations, renewals, endorsements, acknowledgements, non-pays, reinstatements, and cancellations.
  • Manage assorted administrative tasks related to account maintenance, as required.
  • Maintain carrier updates and bulletins.
  • Actively engage in learning; study industry trends.
  • Seek out self-directed learning to increase industry knowledge.
  • Other duties as assigned.
