About The Position

As an Account Build Specialist, you’ll support the GIS Operations team in the BPO Services department with duties related to servicing clients and relaying information to other internal departments. This role reports to the Account Build Manager and works closely with the AO. Key responsibilities may include: Set up new group accounts and process renewal accounts. Relay and obtain information between clients and internal departments. Set priorities for tasks such as running and auditing bills, renewals, and special projects. Maintain positive working relationships with clients and other departments. Bridge communication between enrollment and group administration departments. Establish and maintain effective communication with clients and internal team members. Support Account Managers with billing and group maintenance needs. Prepare for quarterly meetings as needed. Assist in preparing materials for annual audits. Index documents in the document management system. Maintain and correct group and agent records in GIS databases. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two or more years of office or clerical experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Knowledge of business correspondence, filing, and general office procedures.
  • Understanding of eligibility, billing, and premium collection guidelines for fully insured products, and the ability to communicate these provisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Team-oriented with reliable attendance.

Nice To Haves

  • Insurance experience is a plus.
