About The Position

With a commitment to excellence and a focus on innovation, we have established ourselves as a trusted partner in the industry. We’re looking for a hands-on ABM Manager to design and execute account-based strategies that engage and convert high-value prospects. To be considered for this role, you must complete a full application on our company careers page, including all screening questions and a brief pre-employment test.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years dedicated to ABM or enterprise-focused roles.
  • Proven experience in business services with high-value, low sales velocity environments.
  • Hands-on experience with ABM tools and multi-channel personalization tactics.

  • Experience navigating complex mid-market and enterprise sales cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ABM strategies in partnership with sales, focusing on high-value, low sales velocity environments.
  • Execute personalized, multi-channel campaigns (content, digital ads, direct mail, custom events) tailored to key accounts.
  • Align with sales to build account plans, measure success, and influence engagement and pipeline outcomes.
  • Partner with content, product marketing, and events teams to deliver messaging that resonates with C-suite, IT, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Leverage ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus) to orchestrate and track campaigns.
  • Continuously optimize ABM programs for performance, conversion, and ROI.
  • Contribute both strategically and tactically, from designing strategy to managing campaign execution.
