About The Position

The Account AVP for Hair at L'Oréal's Consumer Products Division is responsible for managing the customer relationship with Walmart's Hair Category, ensuring overall customer success and ownership of the category's P&L. This role involves collaborating with various teams to set and achieve sales targets, understanding customer objectives, and leading strategic planning processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management or a similar role
• Strong understanding of P&L management
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
• Experience in the beauty or consumer products industry is a plus

• Experience working with large retail accounts
• Familiarity with Walmart's operational processes
• Knowledge of beauty industry trends and consumer behavior

Responsibilities

• Own Walmart's Hair Category P&L by working with business development and brand teams to set and deliver on sales targets
• Own relationship with customer and serve as key contact for category buyers
• Gain comprehensive understanding of customer strategic objectives, priorities, decision-making processes, & KPIs
• Track ongoing customer performance and proactively manage gaps to forecasts as they arise
• Lead line reviews during yearly GTM planning cycle
