Crozier Fine Arts is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Associate to join our team in the Downtown LA Facility. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting dormant or transactional regional storage client accounts, managing facility-based administrative duties and partnering with Business Development Executives (BDE’s) to deliver exceptional client oriented solutions across our entire portfolio.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in Administrative, Sales, Account, or Project Management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of client lifecycle management, sales processes, or inventory management.
  • Proven ability in consultative problem-solving and meeting deadlines while prioritizing a high-volume workload.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written skills with a knack for collaborating effectively across different organizational functions.

Nice To Haves

  • 1-2 years of experience with in-field art handling, collections care, and or fine art logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for regional facilities and BDEs. You will service clients directly, resolve account disputes, and support recontracting efforts to ensure high satisfaction and account growth.
  • Manage front-desk operations, including welcoming visitors, maintaining security logs, and providing general office support to ensure a professional environment.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and external agents to build proposals and design technical solutions. You will communicate project scope changes and ensure all estimates and invoices are clear, accurate, and aligned with client needs.
  • Communicate regularly with the BDE’s and Regional Manager regarding any changes in project scope and develop solutions meeting customers needs, while maintaining profitability.
  • Manage AIMS database updates and provide concise directives to operating departments. You will also actively monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) statuses, working with the A2C team to resolve billing issues and mitigate bad debt.

  • Pay: Starting at $75,300.00/an ( Negotiations Depending on Experience ) and is Bonus Eligible
  • Shift: Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Location: Downtown LA Facility - 2010 east 15th St., Los Angeles, CA 90021 ( This is an onsite, in-person based role. Remote and Hybrid work will not be available. )
