About The Position

Responsible for providing customer service and clerical support to assist the service team in supporting existing accounts.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • One (1) or more years related work experience
  • Valid Insurance License
  • Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good customer service skills, including telephone and listening skills
  • Good problem solving and time management skills
  • Intermediate typing skills (30 - 35 wpm)
  • Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork
  • Ability to prioritize work for multiple projects and deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Creates prospect and customer files on shared drive
  • Assists with preparing group communication pieces in Campaign Builder and other programs
  • Coordinates Form 5500 completion process with clients
  • Organizes client health vendor programs and wellness fairs
  • Updates BenefitPoint, BrainShark, BenIQ and other proprietary databases
  • Coordinates or assists with organizing WebEx meetings for Account Executives
  • Attends client Open Enrollment meetings to learn and develop presentation skills
  • Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information)
  • Other duties as assigned
