Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills – verbal, written, and interpersonal
  • Strong attention to detail – accuracy is key when managing multiple tasks
  • High energy and a professional demeanor – a client-focused approach is essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Advanced computer skills – CRM, TotalView, and Microsoft Suite expertise preferred
  • Two or more years of experience in a client service or communication-focused role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding support to clients and the Client Experience team
  • Manage client accounts and ensure all requests and timelines are met with precision
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, resolving concerns proactively
  • Utilize CRM software and TotalView to track client support and vehicle transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client deliverables
  • Act as a liaison between sales, clients, and internal departments
  • Identify and recommend process improvements for enhanced client service
