About The Position
The position focuses on initiating and performing patient registration through established processes and network communications flow. The role involves establishing and maintaining the patient's financial status classification and updating informational databases with payer and account information necessary for accurate and timely billing for medical services. This is a customer service position that requires daily interaction with patients, providers, insurance carriers, and others. The working hours are from 11am to 7pm, and this opportunity is currently remote (work from home) within Connecticut.
