Reporting to the Manager, Health Plan Services, the Account Analyst III is responsible for supporting the Provider Data Management product. The provider data management tool is used to ensure provider data is accurate, current, and compliant. Provider Data Management simplifies data management by gathering data from primary sources, enhancing that data using billions of data points, and guiding providers through a recommendation-driven attestation process. The Account Analyst III works independently or as a member of a team with various internal and/or external departments to resolve payer concerns and deliver a high quality experience. This position has accountability for coordinating business and technical resources between the clients and Availity. Sponsorship, in any form, is not available for this position.
