Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with several customers working closely with Account Manager(s) to provide world-class client service
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly KPI goals
• Meet or exceed diversification goals (products, customers)
• Act as an internal advocate for the customer
• Secure and place orders, taking into consideration delivery dates and inventory levels for fulfillment
• Take ownership of customer issues and following problems through to resolutions
• Delegate customer inquiries and issues to specific departments
• Monitor cases and follow up on outstanding tickets
• Log all calls and customer interactions in HubSpot CRM
• Increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention
• Use data to improve customer experience
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects at one time
