This position is located within the Sales Department of 365 Retail Markets and reports to the Manager of Sales (Dining SaaS). The Account Ambassador will provide and promote excellent customer service to our top enterprise customers. This person will act as a liaison between the customer and all departments within 365 by helping to identify customer issues and ensuring resolutions are provided. A commitment to collaborative problem solving and attention to detail is essential. The Account Ambassador will also be tasked with full cycle sales responsibilities for Kafoodle/365 Kitchen Management in the US.
