Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience in accounting required or 4-year degree required
Demonstrated experience using software including Microsoft Office Suite products and Yardi Voyager
Demonstrated customer service experience
Demonstrated ability to communicate both in verbal and in written form to internal and external groups with a high level of customer service
Demonstrated experience to act in a detail-oriented role, analyzing data as requested
