This role is crucial for managing our customer accounts efficiently and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven experience in account management or related field is advantageous
Adaptability and flexibility to manage various tasks
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in account management, administrative support, or customer service
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Nice To Haves

Experience in the home technology industry is a plus

Responsibilities

Maintain and manage customer accounts with precision and care
Process orders, payments, and resolve any account issues
Provide exceptional customer service, including handling enquiries and offering solutions
Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback directly from customers to improve services and customer experience
Stay up-to-date with new products and features
Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the manager as needed.
