Are you detail-oriented with a passion for data? Do you thrive in a collaborative environment supporting data integrity? We’re hiring an Account Adjustment Technician to join our Home Office team. This position offers hands-on experience in detailed analysis of customer accounts and making adjustments to accounts.
Requirements
- A two-year degree in a business-related field from an accredited university or college
- Equivalent professional experience may be substituted for the education requirement.
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and new software
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated and collaborative
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Must be dependable, organized, and able to work with a team
Responsibilities
- Process customer rental rate adjustments
- Process credit card chargebacks
- Process ACH returned payments
- Track payment adjustments
- Provide customer account support to store locations and regional managers
