Responsibilities

• Providing legal advice regarding all aspects of various accident & health insurance and reinsurance products, including policy and contract construction, program structure, collateral requirements, and coverage considerations.
• Analyzing and identifying various sources of risk that can arise in a commercial insurance program, particularly with respect to accident & health business.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad array of contracts and representing the company's interests in insurance-related negotiations and transactions.
