Since 1961, the Wellborn family has owned and operated Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. As the final point of contact between the factory and our customer, this role will employ care and organizational skill to continue to make Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. the most valued provider of permanent home cabinets designed for a lifetime of gracious living.

Must have good hand and eye coordination.
Will be required to learn and perform different tasks.
Must understand the differences in the fasteners, screws, staples, etc. required to build.
Must be proficient in using various hand tools (drill gun, staple gun, glue gun, etc.).
Will be required to learn a variety of paint and or stain colors and/or wood species.
Will be required to run all saws and set up machines.
Will be required to build more complex products than the level 1 Builder.

Must be able to read paperwork and or labels.
Must be proficient in reading a tape measure.
Ability to stay on task, follow safety guidelines and work process procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be a self-starter who works well and can follow a list of daily work assignments.
Possesses a willingness to learn new ways to enhance productivity.
High School Diploma, GED, or 1 year of equivalent experience.
Demonstrated skills in planning, prioritizing and time management.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and timely completion of tasks.
