About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accessories & Design Coordinator to support our growing design team. This entry-level, customer-facing role is ideal for someone interested in developing a career in automotive accessories sales and design. This position plays a key role in coordinating customer appointments, assisting during design consultations, and finalizing accessory purchases. The right candidate will be organized, personable, and eager to learn with a strong interest in advancing into a sales-focused role over time.

Requirements

  • Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Great time management
  • Up-to-date with general technology
  • Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and manage customer appointments for the accessories/design team
  • Greet and assist customers during design consultations
  • Support the team in executing customer appointments and ensuring a smooth experience
  • Assist in presenting and explaining accessory options to customers
  • Help finalize accessory selections and support the purchase process
  • Coordinate communication between customers, the design team, and the service and parts department
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the department
