Requirements

Responsibilities

• Sort and transport packages from the Shipping dock to the Accessioning laboratory.
• Pick up packages from the receptionist's desk.
• Scan all tracking numbers into a Google spreadsheet and ensure accuracy.
• Distribute packages to the Clinical Data Operators (CDO) in a timely manner.
• Rack samples that arrive in bulk, ensuring paperwork matches.
• Escalate issues or discrepancies to Leads or Supervisor.
• Empty bins filled with kit boxes at CDO workstations into designated carts.
• Perform visual checks of kit boxes for PHI compliance.
• Empty biohazard cans in the lab.
• Scan bench worksheets and documents into cases.
• Maintain tidiness of Runner workstations.
• Store requisition forms by date in filing cabinets.
• Dispose of requisition forms that have exceeded retention period.
• Notify Supervisor and Leads of packaging issues or discrepancies.
