About The Position
The Office of Disability Programs, as part of the Office of Student Inclusion Initiatives within the Office of Student Affairs, is deeply committed to ensuring equal access and opportunity for students with disabilities across the 25 campuses throughout The City University of New York (CUNY) system. Through innovative support programs grounded in nationally regarded best practices in postsecondary disability services that support the academic success and personal development of students with disabilities. Reporting to the Director of Disability Programs, the Accessibility Technology Manager will be responsible for overseeing and addressing student accessibility issues related to technology platforms centrally, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. This role will focus on enhancing the digital user experience for students with disabilities, ensuring accessibility, and facilitating the reasonable accommodations process under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to provide inclusive access to information and services.
