DecisionPoint seeks an Accessibility & Inclusive Design Specialist (Journeyman) to ensure Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP) digital experiences meet accessibility and inclusive design standards under the MODES III contract. This role supports Task 2 Outreach and Engagement and works in close coordination with Task 3 technical teams to embed accessibility and inclusive design principles early in the design and development lifecycle. The Accessibility & Inclusive Design Specialist ensures compliance with Section 508 and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines standards, advocates inclusive design for diverse military populations, and supports early accessibility validation rather than post delivery remediation.
