About The Position

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Computer training recommended.
  • Experience in registration, billing, patient accounting, or cash collections preferred.
  • Experience in a healthcare environment or customer service preferred.
  • Knowledge of insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and collections preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Good decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently or in a team environment.
  • Typing speed of 45 wpm preferred.
