This position is responsible for registering and scheduling patients in accordance with established procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient intake process. The associate pre-screens patients to determine accurate financial responsibilities, secures all necessary legal consents and insurance documentation, and obtains pre-certification authorization when required. This role plays a key part in supporting patient access and contributing to the overall quality of care delivery.
