About The Position

The position is responsible for comprehensive program management, from strategy, analysis, and needs assessments all the way through to program execution, for specific populations and program areas. The role involves assessing, establishing, and maintaining focused program alignment with Community and Social Impact, Strategy, Culture, Teammate Experience, and other organizational areas and priorities. The individual will develop informed and compelling recommendations for new programs and solutions, optimize existing programming for System Resource Groups, and leverage analytics and insights to shape strategy and tactics as well as evaluate impact and effectiveness. Responsibilities also include curriculum curation and/or design in collaboration with other teammates and stakeholders, managing relationships both internal and external, and establishing partnerships with leaders and consultants around program support and execution. The role requires managing facilitation of crucial conversations and other program delivery modalities, as well as shared financial stewardship related to programming.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or Related Field.
  • Typically requires 7 years of experience in policy and program development in healthcare related to diversity.
  • Knowledge of best practice learning and development methods.
  • Effective group facilitation and internal consulting skills.
  • Skills in research and developing sound proposals.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse work group.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other technology solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of inclusion and belonging frameworks.
