About The Position
University of Pittsburgh Physicians is hiring an Access Lead for University Ear, Nose and Throat at UPMC Mercy. This is a Monday-Friday, daylight position. No nights, weekends or holidays! The purpose of this role is to coordinate and lead the daily functions of the designated work area along with providing direction and support to staff as needed. The Access Lead escalates any concerns or problems to management when necessary, facilitates the completion of all statistical reporting and data analysis to ensure UPMC guidelines are being supported, and serves as the primary information source and advocate for financial matters on site.
