The Access Hub Clinician at Washington County Mental Health Services (WCMHS) plays a crucial role in providing immediate follow-up and assessment for adults in crisis. This position focuses on crisis intervention, clinical assessments, brief psychotherapy, and solution-focused interventions, primarily in community settings. The clinician collaborates with various stakeholders, including emergency screeners and community providers, to ensure comprehensive care and support for individuals facing mental health challenges.

Provide immediate follow-up and assessment to adults in crisis diverted from the CVMC emergency department.
Conduct crisis intervention in collaboration with WCMHS programs and other agencies.
Perform clinical assessments and brief psychotherapy for a small caseload.
Coordinate services and make referrals to long-term providers.
Consult with treatment providers, family members, and WCMHS staff.
Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
Work varied schedules, with shifts starting as early as 7 am and ending as late as 7 pm.

Master's Degree in a relevant field.
Rostered or licensed (or able to be rostered or licensed).
Experience providing therapeutic services and crisis intervention.
Experience working with adults in home/field-based settings (preferred).
Access to a safe vehicle and an acceptable driving record.
Excellent clinical and case management skills.
Strong clinical interviewing and assessment skills, both oral and written.
Ability to work productively as part of a team and independently.
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.

Annualized salary of $53,497.60.
