About The Position

The Access & Endpoint Administrator is responsible for the full lifecycle management of employee IT access and equipment, including onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and endpoint provisioning. This role ensures employees have the appropriate systems access, hardware, and profiles to be productive from day one while maintaining security and accuracy throughout the employee lifecycle. This position also provides secondary support to the Help Desk by assisting with ticket resolution, troubleshooting, and end-user support as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience with: - Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) - Intune / Endpoint Manager - AutoPilot - Group Policies
  • Experience with hardware setup, imaging, device management, as well as access creation and tracking.
  • Strong, meticulous attention to detail and ability to create & follow standardized processes.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Experience in creating concise, scalable procedures and SOP documents.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment undergoing significant growth.
  • Self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Prior experience supporting employee onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems, remote access software and endpoint inventory management.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO), APIs, and webhooks.
  • Experience with Atera & AnyDesk is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute all IT onboarding activities for new employees, including account creation, hardware provisioning, and access setup.
  • Manage IT offboarding processes by promptly deactivating accounts, revoking access, and coordinating hardware return.
  • Process employee job changes, promotions, and transfers by updating system access, group memberships, and endpoint profiles.
  • Create, maintain, and terminate end-user accounts based on authorized requests, including access changes and password resets.
  • Maintain accurate endpoint and user profile information within Endpoint Management systems.
  • Image, configure, and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
  • Prepare and stage hardware prior to employee start dates.
  • Manage hardware inventory and track assignments throughout the device lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot hardware issues and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
  • Administer user accounts and access using Azure Active Directory (Entra ID).
  • Manage devices and user profiles using Intune / Endpoint Manager and AutoPilot.
  • Apply and manage Group Policies and configuration profiles.
  • Support Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations and assist with API or webhook-based provisioning where applicable.
  • Respond to Help Desk tickets via phone, email, IM, remote support tools, and in person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to: PC hardware and software Office phones Printers, copiers, and scanners Mobile devices and peripherals
  • Log all work in the ticketing system and ensure tickets are resolved or escalated appropriately.
  • Monitor and manage assigned tickets, providing timely updates and ensuring user satisfaction.
  • Follow documented IT processes and contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding and support workflows.
  • Handle additional IT support duties as assigned.
