About The Position

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Level II Access Control Technician.
• Strong knowledge of access control systems and related technologies.
• Possession of relevant certifications such as Lenel, Software House, or others is a plus.
• Proficiency in installing, configuring, and maintaining access control systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
• A clean driving record and reliable transportation are required.

Nice To Haves

• Certifications in access control systems such as Lenel or Software House.

Responsibilities

• Performing system troubleshooting and service-related tasks.
• Self-performing and coordinating with the home office for all service activities.
• Proactively communicating schedules and installation activities with customers.
• Ensuring timely resolution of installation issues, RFI's, and project completion.
• Coordinating material procurement for timely and cost-effective service and installation.
• Assisting with materials and inventory logistics at the office/warehouse.
• Managing timesheets, office supplies, and company vehicle duties.
• Handling small projects and other minor installation tasks.
• Fulfilling other duties as requested or required.
