About The Position

The position involves observing, inspecting, and reporting on construction site work to ensure the integrity of technical and physical security across multiple sites. The role requires evaluating and developing security practices and procedures for various levels of defense-in-depth security postures. The individual will produce written reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and tablet delivery systems to document activities, investigations, anomalies, deficiencies, incidents, and compliance with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 standards on a weekly basis. Responsibilities also include identifying unauthorized materials through physical and personnel searches, utilizing surveillance techniques, and operating technical security devices proficiently in both OCONUS and CONUS mission environments. The position demands the fortitude to report suspicious behavior and security infractions, ensuring that site blueprints align with ICD 705 standards to highlight any anomalistic behavior.

Requirements

• Prior experience with Microsoft Office programs, report development, tablet mechanics, blueprint reading, construction projects (personal, residential and/or commercial).
• Background in providing security practices such as: executive protection, physical security, personnel security, site security, surveillance.
• Have at least 2 years ACS experience.
• Required to work weekends, holidays, overtime and travel to different site locations as directed by ACS management.

Nice To Haves

• Prefer prior military (MOS to Include: MSG, Infantry, Technical Surveillance, Construction, Security Protection Details (WHCA, FAST, CQB)).
• Ability to read blueprints, develop, implement and follow physical and site security practices/procedures.
• Construction knowledge - to include blueprint reading, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, concrete and finishing work.
• Comprehension of blueprint reading and ability to identify discrepancies in coordination with the ICD 705 to ensure SCIF construction is upheld to the highest standard.
• Familiarity with Auto CAD to understand the different phases of construction.
• OCONUS Experience / with current passport.
• Working knowledge of construction safety, construction project cycles, and common nomenclature of material.

Responsibilities

• Observe, inspect and report construction site work to ensure the integrity of technical and physical security of multiple sites.
• Evaluate and develop physical, personnel and technical security practices/procedures for various levels of defense-in-depth security postures.
• Produce written reports or documents utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Tablet delivery systems to ensure activities/processes, investigations/anomalies/deficiencies, incidents, and Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 standards are delivered upon a weekly basis.
• Identify unauthorized materials with the use of physical searches, personnel searches, technological tools.
• Evaluate methods used to place technical penetrations or unauthorized materials by utilizing surveillance techniques, observing and reporting.
• Operate technical security devices, systems, and other monitoring devices proficiently to operate as an individual or with a team in OCONUS and CONUS mission environments.
• Report suspicious behavior, security infractions, and correlations between site blueprints and ICD 705 standards to highlight anomalistic behavior.
