Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field with a minimum of 2 years related experience is required.
  • Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

  • NPP Access processing.
  • Utilizing and administering NEI Personnel Access Data System (PADS) in accordance with NEI PADS participation agreement.
  • Psychological testing and evaluations.
  • Ensuring incumbents and management are current with training in the Behavioral Observation Program.
  • Supporting regulatory compliance audits; coordinating follow-up actions with Managers/work groups to resolve audit findings, which may also involve the assistance in the preparation of formal responses.
  • Progressing to become a qualified NEI “Reviewing Official”, as defined by NEI 03-01. (i.e., “responsible for reviewing and evaluating all data collected about an individual, including potentially disqualifying information, in order to make decisions whether the individual may be certified UAA by a licensee or contractor/vendor, or granted UA by a licensee”).
  • Successfully completing/passing background investigation, behavioral testing/evaluation, and FFD testing (same as required for nuclear power plant personnel).

Benefits

  • Salary: $57,000 - $74,000 per year, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
