Manages the creation, issuance, and maintenance of identification badges, ensuring security compliance and excellent customer service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize shifting needs.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, database management, badge software).
• Flexibility to adapt to changing security protocols and operational needs.
• Customer service and administrative support experience, required.

Responsibilities

• Creates, issues, and maintains identification badges for employees, contractors, visitors, and other personnel, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Collaborates with security teams to manage and update access levels in the access control system, ensuring a secure and organized badging system and compliance with policies and security protocols.
• Assists with audits and reviews of access control records, generating reports as needed for audits and compliance checks.
• Provides excellent customer service when handling badge requests, inquiries, and troubleshooting badge-related issues.
• Collaborates with HR, IS, and other departments to ensure efficient and effective badge management and access control.
• Maintains and updates records of issued badges and personnel information.
