Primary Responsibilities Monitor metal detectors and X-ray screening equipment to ensure prohibited items do not enter the facility. Operate site camera systems, X-ray machines, and access‑control booths/gates. Conduct foot patrols of the facility exterior, including during inclement weather. Monitor and control access at the receiving dock from a security booth as needed. Rotate through several different security posts throughout the day. Use radios and other communication tools clearly and effectively. Stand for extended periods and perform walking patrols as required. Maintain a professional demeanor at all times when interacting with employees, visitors, and vendors. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening. High School Diploma or GED required. Valid Driver’s License required. Must have excellent communication skills. Comfortable using technology and security equipment. Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for long periods. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. All openings require: Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain. Requirements
