About The Position

FlyLock is a fast-growing access control, locksmith, and automatic-door company serving commercial clients throughout Southwest Florida. We’re looking for an experienced, mechanically inclined technician who takes pride in clean, professional installations and enjoys solving problems in the field. You’ll install and service electronic locks, access control systems, automatic doors, and commercial hardware for a wide range of clients — from small businesses to large resort properties.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in access control, locksmithing, or automatic doors
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of commercial hardware
Ability to read tape measure, wiring diagrams, and door hardware drawings
Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to pass background check

Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, and service access control hardware, maglocks, strikes, and door operators
Run and terminate low-voltage wiring cleanly and professionally
Work with clients and teammates to plan installations and resolve service calls
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with the office
Ensure job sites are left clean and professional
