We are seeking a qualified phone operator to join our Access Center team. Core responsibilities include: Schedule patients for treatments by multiple providers and treatment areas Ability to communicate effectively over the phone with patients Accurately enters into the computer patient demographics, insurance information, and other pertinent patient information Communicates using active listening, thinking/analysis, and appropriate professional response Other duties as assigned by management
