Ensure proper access control for IT systems, applications, and data across multiple platforms. Serve as an escalation point for resolving complex access or security-related issues. Resolve incidents through the IT Service Management system according to established SLAs and security policies. Act as a liaison between IT teams and business units to support access-related processes and requirements. Develop, document, and maintain detailed procedures that support business functions. Gather, review, and format data required for access recertification activities. Conduct status reviews during recertification to identify discrepancies and coordinate necessary corrections. Manage communications related to recertification tasks to ensure timely completion. Ensure system owners appropriately process requests to modify or remove user access permissions. Complete recertification activities using internal tools and systems. Remediate tickets assigned through the IT Service Management platform. Communicate updates and findings to management through email, reports, or meetings. Generate reports for leadership review and audit support. Support audit inquiries by providing documentation and information related to access administration.
