Reviews medical information and conducts screenings prior to evaluations to determine patient need for transport services and ability to benefit from the MTA AAR program. Coordinates / communicates with the AAR Supervisor in resolving concerns related to applicant's documentation and records that may influence the recommendation. Assumes responsibility for continual professional growth and development, by participating in continuing education programs, training programs conducted by the MTA and other appropriate learning experiences. Maintains accurate billing information in accordance with facility procedures on daily basis. Adheres to documentation requirements of Rehabilitation department and the facility. Assumes responsibility in completing documentation within the acceptable time frame. Conducts staff training/education as appropriate via formal and informal in-services and consultations Access-A-Ride LPN Qualifications: Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, Bachelor's in Nursing, or Associate Degree in License Practical Nursing with a current state license and registration Must have excellent oral, written communication skills and demonstrate competency in aspects of assessments and evaluation principles All rates offered are based on position, years of applicable experience and employment type Rate ranges shown include levels for per diems with no benefits and Independent Contractors Theradynamics is an EEO Employer - M/F/Disability/Protected Veteran Status View all jobs at this company

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, Bachelor's in Nursing, or Associate Degree in License Practical Nursing with a current state license and registration
  • Must have excellent oral, written communication skills and demonstrate competency in aspects of assessments and evaluation principles
