This role guides initiatives through intake, feasibility, proof of concept, pilot, and enterprise deployment using a structured, stage-gated model. The role is not an R&D function; it is focused on accelerating validated business value from emerging technological opportunities like AI, automation, advanced analytics, and vendor platforms. Combining strategic vision, delivery leadership, portfolio management, and change management expertise, the Accelerator Hub Lead establishes a repeatable, governed pathway that institutionalizes experimentation and enables scalable adoption across the enterprise. Their mission is to reduce the cost of experimentation, accelerate time-to-value, and drive evidence-based funding decisions for enterprise transformation.
