Requirements

  • Completion of a 24-month Radiologic Technology program at an AMA-approved school or Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology.
  • Valid ARRT (R) certification.
  • Clear/active Texas Medical Board.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience as a licensed Radiology Technologist (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a ten-week all-expenses-paid accelerated Radiology Tech to CT Tech Accelerated Development Program.
  • Learn all the needed skills to advance to a certified CT Tech role through online didactic instruction and clinical experiences.
  • Complete all testing, fees, course, and training materials provided by HCA.
